What you will receive. Murphy & Baker, PLLC sends text messages to people who contact the firm or opt in on our website. Messages relate to your inquiry: replies to missed calls, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up about your consultation. We do not send promotional or marketing texts.

How you opt in. You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our contact form, by texting our firm number, or by giving verbal consent to a member of our office. Consent is not a condition of hiring the firm.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You can also opt out by calling (903) 533-9000.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
