I was very pleased with the service provided. The original charges were DWI and Assault (Domestic). Blood alcohol concentration was .19, more than twice the limit. I was more concerned with the Assault. The victim met with the attorneys and gave a statement, and they were able to get the Assault dropped down to a Class C misdemeanor with no conviction. Probation was not an option for the DWI due to a prior felony conviction, but they were able to negotiate a week in jail. That was a win!
