Texas Penalty Group 1
Penalty Group 1 includes drugs most likely to cause misuse and addiction that are not for medical use. These drugs include:
- Cocaine.
- Methamphetamine.
- Ketamine.
- Heroin.
- Oxycodone.
- Hydrocodone (over 300 grams).
- PCP (phencyclidine).
- GHB (gamma hydroxybutyrate).
- Flunitrazepam (Rohypnol).
- Fentanyl.
- Methadone.
- Many other opiate and opioid derivatives.
Punishment for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1
